Yes. If you choose to enable cloud synchronization by signing in with Google or Apple, your watch data, receipts, and photos are encrypted and securely stored in our cloud infrastructure. If you choose to use the app offline without logging in, all data is stored strictly locally on your physical device.
Lume is your personal AI horology assistant integrated directly into Watchfolio. By analyzing the timepieces in your collection and combining them with your input—such as your outfit color, mood, weather, or scheduled activities—Lume recommends the perfect timepiece for your day.
Yes. The built-in Document Vault for each watch allows you to upload and view photos of physical receipts, warranty papers, and box cards. This ensures that essential collectors' documentation is consolidated in one digital vault.
To delete your user account and all synchronized cloud data, please email us directly at watchfolio.team@gmail.com, and we will process your deletion request. We are also actively developing a direct account deletion option within the in-app Settings menu, which will be available in a future release.
